Exchanges or In-Store Credit only within 14 days of purchase. You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund or exchange. If shipped, customer pays return shipping cost. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
